Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add shrimp, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
- Cook shrimp until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Warm corn tortillas in another pan.
- Assemble tacos with shrimp, cabbage, pico de gallo, and cilantro.
- Squeeze lime juice over tacos before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice levels as desired.
- Can substitute shrimp with fish or chicken.
- Serve with avocado or sour cream for extra flavor.
