Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink.
- Pour in heavy cream, lemon juice, and zest.
- Simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine tortellini with the sauce and shrimp.
- Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
