- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cooked mushrooms, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cooked mushrooms, Parmesan, mozzarella, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with crackers or bread.

- Use fresh mushrooms for better flavor.
- Adjust cheese quantities to taste.
