Description

A flavorful Thai Peanut Chicken Ramen dish that combines tender chicken with a rich peanut sauce and noodles.


Ingredients

  • 200g ramen noodles
  • 300g chicken fillet, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • Chopped peanuts for garnish
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, and ginger.
  6. Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables. Stir to combine.
  7. Add cooked ramen to the pan and toss to coat.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped peanuts and cilantro.

Notes

  • This dish can be made vegetarian by substituting chicken with tofu.
