- 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the cream cheese over medium heat.
- Add the shredded white cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
- Slowly pour in the milk, stirring constantly.
- Add the diced green chilies and stir to combine.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Cook until the dip is heated through and smooth.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Adjust the thickness by adding more or less milk.
- Try adding jalapeños for a spicy kick.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
