Ingredients

  • Wonton wrappers – 20 pieces
  • Ground pork – 200g
  • Chopped green onions – 2 tablespoons
  • Minced garlic – 1 clove
  • Ginger – 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Chicken broth – 4 cups
  • Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground pork, green onions, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place a small amount of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Fold the wrappers and seal them tightly.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat.
  5. Add the wontons and sauté for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.
  6. Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with additional green onions.

Notes

  • You can add vegetables like bok choy or mushrooms to the soup.
  • Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
